Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your enrollment in paid classes according to the following notice schedule:

• If notice is received and acknowledged 15 or more calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, it may be rescheduled without penalty.
• If notice is received less than 15 calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, there will be a 10 percent rescheduling fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are handled according to the following notice schedule:

• If notice is received and acknowledged 15 or more calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, the training fee is fully refundable.
• If notice is received less than 15 calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, there will be a 25 percent cancellation fee.
• Fees paid for online training are nonrefundable, but can be applied to a different training class if there is a need to reschedule. See the above rescheduling policy.
• If we cannot provide training due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of fees paid will be made.
